Withdrawal & Refunds

Try Before You Buy
Not sure if podsink fits your workflow? We offer a free plan that gives you 2.5 hours of one-time recording time. You don't need a credit card, and it's the perfect way to test the audio quality and the sync of your tracks with your DAW or NLE before you commit to a paid plan.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing a subscription. The purchase contract is concluded with Paddle as the Merchant of Record - so you exercise your withdrawal against Paddle. The details are set out in the Paddle Checkout Terms and in section 5 of our Terms of Service. Your statutory right of withdrawal is not affected by the goodwill rules below.
Goodwill Refunds
If you bought a plan by mistake or changed your mind before recording your first session on a paid plan, we'll refund the full purchase price within the first 14 days. Just email us at hello@podsink.com, and we'll get it sorted.
Once you've recorded a session in the current billing period, you've made full use of the core of our service. Beyond that point, we no longer offer goodwill refunds.
Cancellations
If you ordered through our checkout, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, or without signing in via our cancellation page. For a direct purchase under section 4.3 of our Terms, the periods agreed in the offer apply; send your cancellation in text form to hello@podsink.com. You will keep access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period; the exception in section 8.1 of our Terms remains unaffected.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. For orders placed that way Paddle is the Merchant of Record; on a direct purchase we invoice you ourselves. They provide all customer service for returns and handle any billing-related inquiries.
